On February 3, Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center resumed operations after the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday.
According to records, since Monday morning, many people have come to the center to submit documents requesting to resolve administrative procedures.
Mr. Pham Van Viet (Hoa Thang commune, Buon Ma Thuot city) shared: "After the Tet holiday, I went to the Provincial Public Administration Center to complete the procedures for renewing my driver's license. Even though I arrived early in the morning, I still had to wait more than an hour for my turn because of the high demand from the people."
According to Ms. Hoang Thi Tam, Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center, after the 2025 Tet holiday, people's demand for administrative procedures will increase.
Anticipating the overload situation on Monday morning, the center arranged for additional officers and staff to be on duty. They are responsible for maintaining security and order and guiding people through the necessary procedures.
"That morning, people came to the center mainly to do procedures related to issuing and renewing driver's licenses, citizen identification cards... It is forecasted that in the next few days, the number of people coming to submit administrative documents at the center will continue to increase," Ms. Tam added.
Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center is receiving and returning results of administrative procedure settlement in 19 fields.
The Center also receives and returns results for a number of administrative procedures under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The number of records received by the unit in 2024 is 138,313, an increase of 4,630 records compared to 2023. Records returned with results resolved on time and before the deadline reached 99.99%.
