Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center is receiving and returning results of administrative procedure settlement in 19 fields.

The Center also receives and returns results for a number of administrative procedures under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The number of records received by the unit in 2024 is 138,313, an increase of 4,630 records compared to 2023. Records returned with results resolved on time and before the deadline reached 99.99%.

In 2024, the model "No writing on Monday, online on Wednesday" was deployed at the center and achieved many positive results.

Thereby, ensuring that 100% of administrative procedures will be submitted at the highest level according to regulations.

According to the assessment, the model has been effective, contributing to improving the quality of administrative services. From there, the staff and employees of the center clearly see their responsibilities, improve discipline, administrative discipline and bring satisfaction to the people.

Minimize administrative procedures

Ms. Hoang Thi Tam - Deputy Director of Dak Lak Provincial Public Administration Center admitted: "In addition to the achievements, there is still a situation of overdue administrative procedures at some agencies and units. The information technology level of some citizens is still low.

Some people and businesses still maintain their habits and compromise with the old working model. People are hesitant to access information technology in submitting online applications at the full and partial levels.

In 2025, the Provincial Public Administration Center will overcome existing shortcomings, striving to increase the rate of files resolved correctly and before the deadline to 99% or more.

The number of returned applications within the prescribed processing time limit is at the lowest rate and the satisfaction rate of organizations and individuals when coming to transact is higher than in 2024.

The unit continues to regularly implement the model "No writing on Monday, online on Wednesday" and arrange facilities to serve people and businesses.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha - Standing Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee said: "In 2025, the province will continue to comprehensively reform administrative procedures and digitize them in all fields. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses in submitting and receiving administrative procedure results.
