Hanoi - The Hanoi People's Committee (HPC) has set a target of 100% of administrative procedures being resolved on time and ahead of schedule.

Along with the issuance of the Decision on the State Administrative Reform Plan, the Hanoi People's Committee aims to maintain the results of the administrative reform index at a high ranking and improve the satisfaction index on administrative services of Hanoi State agencies.

To achieve the set goals, the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee - Mr. Tran Sy Thanh - has just signed and issued a Decision on the State Administrative Reform Plan for 2025. This Decision helps administrative agencies and public service units in the city continue to be consolidated, streamlined, synchronized, modernized, operate smoothly, transparently and effectively, have capacity, and better serve people, organizations and businesses; strengthen discipline, improve accountability and responsibility for handling work of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the system of state agencies of Hanoi.

In particular, the city strives for 100% of administrative procedures to be resolved on time or ahead of schedule. Particularly in the fields of natural resources and environment and investment planning, it strives to achieve at least 99% of administrative procedure records to be resolved on time and strives for 100% of administrative procedure records to be processed completely online.
