Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee has just issued instructions related to strengthening the management of public assets at social organizations in the area.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance and the People's Committees of districts and cities to review the assignment, management, use and arrangement of public assets to associations to ensure proper authority according to the provisions of law.
In case after review, the assignment, management, use and arrangement of public assets are not in accordance with regulations, report to competent authorities for handling.
Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee also assigned the associations to ensure their own assets for their operations. All proceeds from leasing, business, joint ventures and associations must be paid into the State budget in case of improper use.
End the situation of using houses and land in violation of regulations (leasing, lending, arranging houses and land, using for the wrong purpose...) to ensure proper and effective use, avoiding loss and waste of houses and land.
The Provincial People's Committee also directed competent agencies to inspect and examine the management and use of public assets of organizations and associations under their management.
Organizations and associations that violate the law, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, will be subject to disciplinary action, administrative sanctions or criminal prosecution; in case of causing damage to the State, they must compensate according to the provisions of law.
Strengthen inspection and supervision of the management and use of public assets; inspect the rearrangement and handling of public assets of associations; resolutely implement Decree No. 63/2019/ND-CP and Decree No. 102/2021/ND-CP of the Government on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of management and use of public assets.
