According to the residents, at the time of the fire, they discovered thick black smoke rising from the third floor, so they immediately shouted and called for professional firefighting forces.
At this time, the windows and main doors of the third floor were opening, strong winds caused the fire to flare up quickly and spread in just a few minutes.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province mobilized two fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene.
After that, the authorities controlled and completely extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading to the lower floors as well as surrounding households.

Recorded at the scene, many items on the third floor were completely burned down. This included a cardboard box, a computer case and especially the worship closet area, which was identified as the location of the fire. Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties.
According to the homeowner, at the time of the fire, he was on the ground floor cleaning up mud after the recent flood, so he did not know. Only when the neighbor shouted, he ran up and saw that the third floor was covered in fire.
The initial cause was determined to be an electrical short circuit in the worship closet area, where small light bulbs are usually turned on continuously 24 hours a day.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the incident.
