The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued Circular 26 on announcing the List of regions with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions. This is the basis for determining cases that may retire at a lower age than the retirement age in normal working conditions. This list takes effect from January 1, 2026.
Accordingly, Tuyen Quang has 40 communes in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions. The communes include: Bach Dich, Ban May, Can Ty, Du Gia, Dong Van, Duong Thuong, Hoang Su Phi, Ho Thau, Khau Vai, Khuon Lung, Lao Chai, Lung Cu, Lung Phin, Lung Tam, Mau Due, Meo Vac, Minh Tan, Nam Dan, Nam Dich, Niem Son, Ngoc Long, Nghia Thuan, Pa Vay Su, Po Ly Ngai, Pho Bang, Quan Ba, Quang Nguyen, Sa Phin, Son Vi, Sung Mang, Tat Nga, Tan Tien, Tung Vai, Thang Tin, Thanh Mu, Thang Mu, Thong Nguyen, Trung Thinh, Xin Man, Yen Minh.
Along with 40 communes of Tuyen Quang, the whole country also has more than 320 communes, 8 special zones, 1 island, 4 light stations, 2 villages, 1 production and administrative unit belonging to this list.
