Application of KPI system to monitor progress of task implementation
Speaking at the program, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thu Lam commune Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam emphasized that Thu Lam being selected as one of the first two localities in Hanoi to pilot the socialist commune and ward model is both an honor and a great responsibility for the Party Committee, government and local people.
Building socialism in Thu Lam is not only implementing a new project but also an opportunity to innovate management thinking, build a government close to the people, respecting the people, for the people, taking the satisfaction and happiness of the people as the highest goal.
To ensure unified and synchronous implementation, the commune has consolidated the Steering Committee consisting of 30 members headed by the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune People's Council; established a working advisory group, 9 specialized working groups corresponding to 9 criteria groups of the Project, a communication group, 34 collaborator groups in villages, along with a consulting expert group and a self-assessment group to monitor, inspect, and supervise the implementation process.
All activities are implemented according to the "6 clear" motto: Clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products and clear authority. At the same time, apply the KPI and Dashboard operating systems to manage and supervise the progress of task implementation.
Campaign "100 days of action for Thu Lam development - For people's happiness
According to the plan, the construction of socialism will be implemented in 5 phases, from consolidating the organization, surveying and evaluating the current situation, building and implementing projects, to preliminary reviews, completing and maintaining the model towards sustainability. In which, the first phase is associated with the Campaign "100 days of action for Thu Lam development - For the happiness of the people".
Launching the emulation movement "Solidarity - Innovation - Action - For the Happiness of the People" and the Campaign "100 Days of Action for Thu Lam Development - For the Happiness of the People", Chairman of Thu Lam Commune People's Committee Pham Trong La emphasized that building a socialist society is not just about implementing a new project or an emulation campaign according to tradition, but is the commitment of the entire political system to the people, towards the goal of innovating management methods, improving service quality and constantly improving people's lives.
The emulation movement must be concretized by projects, tasks and practical results. In which, the team of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees needs to promote the pioneering role, strongly shift from management thinking to management thinking, taking people's satisfaction as a measure of work efficiency.
Along with that, the locality will focus on building a bright - green - clean - beautiful environment, promoting digital transformation, promoting initiatives among officials and people, taking care of social security, preserving traditional cultural values, creating clear changes in each residential area.
Chairman of Thu Lam Commune People's Committee also called on all officials, party members, armed forces, business communities and people to actively respond to the movement with specific actions, from each exemplary official in performing tasks, each agency and unit with at least one practical project or initiative, to each village, each household joining hands to build a civilized and meaningful community.
