According to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, on the evening of October 19, the working group of the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police coordinated with the Ward Police to conduct an alcohol concentration test on National Highway 1 at address No. 65, Ha Huy Tap Street, Thanh Sen Ward.
Through observation, the working group stopped many cars and motorbikes to check the alcohol concentration of the drivers.
However, no car driver violated the alcohol concentration, for the motorbike, the inspection team discovered 3 drivers violating the alcohol concentration, so they made a record and temporarily detained the vehicle for handling according to regulations.
A traffic police officer of the working group asked driver Tran Viet H (born in 1982, residing in Phai Dong residential group, Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh province) why he drank alcohol and beer while still driving a vehicle?
Mr. H said that at noon of the same day, he had drunk 2 cans of beer, but tonight he subjectively thought that the alcohol concentration in his body had completely disappeared, so he drove a motorbike to take his child to extra classes, then took him out to play and was stopped by the traffic police for an alcohol concentration test. Through inspection, the alcohol concentration violation was determined to be 0.158 milligrams/liter of breath.
According to Mr. H, this is a lesson for him to strictly comply with the regulation "not driving after drinking alcohol".
