At about 8:00 a.m. on July 2, a concrete tanker truck with license plate 38H-024.xx was traveling on National Highway 8 from Cau Treo International Border Gate to the center of Duc Tho District.
When arriving at Duc Tho commune, the tanker truck driver turned into Duc Tho Industrial Cluster and collided with Ms. N.T.L (born in 1965, residing in Duc Tho commune, Ha Tinh province) riding a bicycle in the same direction.
The accident caused Ms. L to die on the spot. The bicycle was severely damaged.
Upon receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police coordinated with Duc Tho Commune Police and related units to be present at the scene to regulate traffic, examine and investigate the cause.
