Previously, a truck with a Khanh Hoa license plate, driven by Mr. Le Xuan Lanh (born in 1993, residing in Ben Khe village, Bac Khanh Vinh commune, Khanh Hoa), carrying a steel box on the vehicle, when entering the highway access road, suddenly overturned on the road.
At this time, hundreds of steel bars from the car's boxes fell onto the car's cabin, deforming it. The two victims were identified as trapped in the car.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team (CNCH) of Area 4 of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue and Rescue (CNCH), Khanh Hoa Provincial Police mobilized 2 fire trucks and 11 officers and soldiers to the scene to participate in the rescue.
