    The traffic accident occurred at 4:30 a.m. on May 22 when a truck with license plate 89H - 000.17 traveling on National Highway 1 in the South - North direction to the confluence of Con Pass (Ky Nam Commune) collided with a motorbike with license plate 73E1 - 353.58 traveling in the opposite direction.

    The traffic accident caused the motorcyclist to die on the spot.

    After the traffic accident occurred, the authorities were present to handle the scene and investigate the cause.
