The accident occurred at 8 am on May 15 at the intersection of provincial road 550 with Ngo Quyen road and the access road to and from Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway.
At the above time, a dump truck with license plate 38H-015. xx driven by driver Pham Van T (born 1989, residing in Duc Tho commune, Ha Tinh province) moving on provincial road 550 in the direction from Thanh Sen ward to Huong Khe commune collided with a motorbike with license plate 38N1 - 210. xx driven by Ms. Dau Thi L (born 1976, residing in Huong Pho commune, Ha Tinh province) traveling in the same direction.
The accident caused Ms. L to fall to the road, suffering severe injuries and being taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.
Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police Department - Provincial Police in coordination with Toan Luu Commune Police were present at the scene to divert traffic and investigate the cause.
