On the morning of March 23, the Inspection Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held its sixth meeting to consider and give opinions on the results of asset and income (TSTN) verification of 26 officials and civil servants according to the decisions issued on March 9, 2026.
Reports at the session showed that the majority of officials who were verified strictly complied with the regulations on declaration, disclosure and control of personal assets; implemented honest, complete, and clear declarations.
Individuals coordinated well with the verification team, providing timely information. During the inspection period, no complaints or denunciations related to personal income tax declarations arose.
The content of the 2025 declaration basically ensures consistency and compliance with regulations on anti-corruption.
However, verification work also pointed out some shortcomings and limitations. The management, receipt and storage of declarations in some units are not strict and lack regularity; the logbook for submitting declarations still lacks signatures; some dossiers do not fully record the information of the recipient, not meeting the requirements according to regulations.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Do Van Thang requested the verification teams to absorb opinions, review and complete reports, ensuring strictness and accuracy before promulgation.
Previously, from 184 cadres and civil servants randomly drawn, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee selected 26 cases to verify TSTN in 2026, including provincial-level leaders and affiliated units.
Verification is identified as an important solution to enhance transparency, tighten discipline, and prevent corruption and negativity.
