In March 2026, the Inspectorate of Khanh Hoa province will organize the announcement of decisions on verifying assets and income in 2026 for people who are obliged to declare assets and income annually.
According to this decision, verification is carried out for cadres, civil servants, and public employees working at 22 agencies, units and state-owned enterprises.
The units include: Department of Home Affairs; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Department of Justice; Management Board of Khanh Hoa Economic Zone and Industrial Park; Khanh Hoa College of Technology - Energy; Khanh Hoa Medical College.
In addition, there are units such as Khanh Hoa Land Fund Development Center; Provincial Agricultural and Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board; Nui Chua - Phuoc Binh National Park Management Board; Khanh Hoa Development Investment Fund; Ninh Thuan Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company; Ninh Son Forestry One Member Limited Liability Company; Sub-Department of Minerals and Environmental Protection; Sub-Department of Forest Protection; Sub-Department of Fisheries and Islands.
Nha Trang Bay Management Board; Ninh Thuan Eye Hospital; Ninh Thuan Lung Hospital; Ninh Thuan Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital; Ninh Thuan Dermatology - Psychiatric Hospital.
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Inspectorate, the list of individuals whose assets and incomes were verified was selected by random draw, with the witness of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, in order to ensure transparency and objectivity.
This verification activity is carried out annually according to the direction of the Government Inspectorate and the plan approved by the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
The verification of assets and income aims to assess the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the content of asset and income declaration of people who are obliged to declare.
Through this, functional agencies promptly detect errors and limitations to propose competent organizations and individuals to rectify and overcome, and at the same time handle responsibilities for violations (if any).
According to the Inspectorate of Khanh Hoa province, this activity contributes to improving the effectiveness of declaration and control of assets and income of officials, civil servants, and public employees in the area.
