At the same time, the Corporation has also prepared nearly 6,000 km of backup fiber optic cables, 237 free battery charging points and mobile sales teams to ensure a quick service recovery after the storm.

Viettel Telecom deploys support plans for nearly 4 million customers before storm Wipha

Policies include: promotion of card relocation for 20% of data usage fee, postponement of cutting of features, introduction of suitable incentive packages to help customers maintain communication throughout the storm.
