The Military Industry - Telecommunications Group (Viettel) recently launched an AI assistant used by the web to look up all information about the new administrative unit for all people.

AI Assistant is completely free for everyone, researched and developed by Viettel.

Viettel has developed an AI assistant to use via a web platform at https://tracuuphuongxa.trolyao.org/, helping people easily look up new administrative unit information from personal computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Here, information on new administrative units including 34 provinces, cities and 3,321 communes and wards will be searched quickly and accurately.

People can ask about the information that the administrative unit wants to learn in the form of a conversation and the virtual assistant will provide information with the corresponding source of text.

The AI Assistant also provides a comprehensive handbook of new provincial and commune-level administrative units, including the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of new administrative units.

Sharing information about the experience of using Viettel's AI assistant, Mr. Nguyen Tien Minh (a taxi driver in Hanoi) said: "Since the merger, I have been looking for an address to bring customers using Viettel's AI assistant, receiving information very quickly and accurately. Thanks to the instructions of this AI assistant, finding an address is very convenient."

Although there has been careful preparation for the merger and arrangement of administrative units, there are still difficulties in searching for information. The newly announced AI Assistant is built on the platform of a large Vietnamese language model developed by Viettel, the model is designed and training data is taken from official documents, thereby bringing high accuracy when looking up new information about the organization of administrative units.

Previously, Viettel has also successfully developed the model of Legal practice Assistant and Civil Servant practice Assistant, thereby accumulating an understanding of the habit of Vietnamese people asking questions, and providing answers close to reality.

Viettel AI products were put into use immediately after the country rearranged administrative units to demonstrate its commitment to contributing to the country's transformation, towards a transparent and effective fair administrative system.
