Functional forces of Quang Ngai province have mobilized maximum vehicles and personnel to search for victims in the case of 3 father and son drowning at My Khe beach, Tinh Khe commune, Quang Ngai.
Previously, the incident occurred in the Co Luy village area, Tinh Khe commune, causing Mr. Tran Ngoc Trieu and his two children, Tran Ngoc Kim Ngan, Tran Ngoc Gia Phat (from Dak Lak) to be injured. Tran Ngoc Kim Ngan was rescued in time, taken to a medical facility for treatment and has passed the critical condition. Rescue forces continued searching and successively discovered the remaining two victims.
During the search, Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang directly inspected the scene, recognizing the sense of responsibility of the rescue and relief forces and local authorities. At the same time, he requested continued close coordination to ensure safety for the task force.
Provincial leaders also requested to strengthen propaganda and warning of unsafe risks when swimming in the sea; review and supplement warning signs and arrange on-duty forces to ensure safety for people and tourists.
