Regarding the traffic collision and the act of a female motorbike driver snatching the key of a girl in the Conveyard Lake area ( roundabout of the International Construction Site, Ho Chi Minh City), on the morning of August 9, Xuan Hoa Ward Police (formerly District 3) summoned the technology taxi driver to work to verify and clarify the incident.
According to the initial investigation, the driver was identified as Mr. D.H.S (born in 1982, residing in Can Tho). Currently, Xuan Hoa Ward Police are consolidating the case file and handling it in accordance with legal regulations.
Previously, a clip was circulated on social media recording a man driving a car with license plate 65F-003.xx blocking the front of the two girls' motorbikes. After the controversy, this person suddenly took the key to the girl's motorbike with license plate 92C1-139.xx and quickly got on the motorbike and left the scene in the direction of Vo Van Tan Street.
Ms. C (born in 2000), the motorbike driver in the clip, said the incident happened at around 11:30 a.m. on August 8. While she was taking her friend across Conua Lake, a technology taxi hit your foot. After that, the driver behaved inappropriately, then snatched the key to her motorbike and left.
