At the construction site of the Van River overpass and the western approach road to the Van River bridge (Hoa Lu city), the construction unit is urgently completing the final items of the project such as installing the lighting system; architectural railings for the upstream check-in pedestrian section, paving the sidewalk, planting trees, etc.
"This is one of the key projects and a highlight of Ninh Binh's urban landscape. We are directing contractors to focus on accelerating the progress so that the project can be completed and put into use during the Lunar New Year 2025" - said a representative of the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Transport.
Regarding the East-West Road Construction Investment Project in Ninh Binh Province (Phase 1), with a total length of nearly 23km, although the construction volume is very large because it passes through high mountainous terrain and low-lying areas, after more than 2 years of implementation, the important inter-regional traffic connection project of Ninh Binh Province has gradually been completed.
These days before the Lunar New Year 2025, the construction unit is mobilizing machinery and hundreds of workers to speed up the project's progress.
Mr. Pham Quoc Chinh - Director of the Ninh Binh Province Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board (investor) said that the project is being implemented with the spirit of "eating quickly, sleeping urgently", determined and unanimous to complete the project beyond the set plan.
"We are determined to basically complete the main route to serve people's travel needs during the Lunar New Year 2025 and will complete the project to put it into operation in June 2025," said Mr. Chinh.
