On July 11, Mr. Le Tri Vu - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee - inspected the operation of the two-level local government model and the preparation for the organization of the Gia Loc Commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
According to the report, after more than a week of officially operating the two-level local government model, Gia Loc commune has quickly assigned tasks, maintaining a stable and smooth operation of the apparatus. The work of receiving citizens and handling administrative procedures has been seriously implemented, in accordance with the instructions of superiors.
Regarding the preparation for the Commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, as of July 10, 53/57 Party cells and Party Committees under the Commune Party Committee have completed organizing the congress. The Commune Party Committee has established all subcommittees to serve the congress according to regulations; basically completed the draft Political Report to submit at the Commune Party Congress.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Tri Vu acknowledged the efforts of the locality in implementing the two-level government model and preparing for the Congress. Mr. Vu requested Gia Loc commune to continue to focus on perfecting personnel work, ensuring quality, compliance with procedures and regulations; stabilize the organizational apparatus, operate effectively, and take the satisfaction of the people as a measure of service.
The Head of the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee emphasized that as the locality chosen to organize the City's Commune-Based Congress, Gia Loc commune needs to develop a specific and detailed plan to organize the Congress before July 20. At the same time, strongly launch emulation movements, build practical works to welcome the congress, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the whole commune.
Along with that, the Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee requested the city's advisory agencies to continue to accompany and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for the grassroots in the process of implementing the new organization model. In particular, the team of cadres and civil servants must carry out their tasks with a high sense of responsibility, being close to the people and working closely; the commune police force needs to focus on maintaining security and order in the locality.
