The clip posted on social media caused a stir among many people. The online community expressed their frustration when they thought that the male driver had disregarded the lives of passengers. At the same time, many people requested that the authorities quickly take action to inspect and strictly handle violations.
According to verification, the incident occurred at around 11:20 a.m. the same day on National Highway 7, passing through Nghe An province.
The 16-seat car car carries passengers from Dien Chau district to Con Cuong, Nghe An. Throughout the journey, the driver drove the car at high speed, continuously using the phone, not focusing on observing.
