On February 18, 2025, social networks spread a video clip recording the incident that occurred in front of the gate of Vinh General Hospital, Nghe An City. The clip caused public outrage when it showed a scene of a traffic collision leading to violence.
According to the image from the video, after a collision between a car and a motorbike, the car driver - a young man - got out of the car in a state of anger. This person continuously rushed to assault the motorcyclist, giving him many strong punches on the head and face, although he showed no signs of resistance.
Many passersby stopped to follow the incident, some were frightened by the driver's aggression. A woman ran to stop him. However, all her efforts were ineffective as the driver continued to commit acts of violence and curse the victim.
This behavior caused great outrage on social networks, many people condemned the aggression and disregard for the law of the driver. The victim's health condition as well as the intervention of the authorities are currently unknown.
