Lao Dong's actual records show that the public electric bicycle system has recorded a large number of people experiencing it right from the start of operation (from March 15). With just a few simple steps on the TNGo-HCM application via smartphone, users can easily unlock and start the journey.
In order to create conditions for people to get acquainted with the new type, each successfully registered account is given a free experience code for the first 15 minutes. The built-in smart speaker system on the car also works effectively when automatically issuing notifications reminding them of the end of the experience time, helping users be more proactive in using the service.
Positive feedback from experiential journeys
After directly driving, many people expressed satisfaction with the quality of this type of vehicle.
Mr. Nguyen Hoai Phong, 29 years old, residing in Saigon ward, assessed that the electric bicycle experience process is very convenient thanks to the application loading and code scanning steps quickly. From the perspective of someone who regularly travels between Di An (Binh Duong before) and the center of Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Le Thi Thuy Trang assessed that upgrading to an electric bicycle is the right step, especially in the context of fluctuating gasoline prices. She considers this an important "link" connecting buses and the Metro line, creating a continuous public transport network. She said that electric bicycles help move less tiredly when going uphill or stopping at red lights in crowded traffic...
According to Tri Nam Group Joint Stock Company, after the free experience period from March 15 to the end of March 31, the service will start collecting fees with levels: 10,000 VND for 15 minutes, 20,000 VND for 30 minutes, 35,000 VND for 60 minutes, 60,000 VND for 120 minutes and 110,000 VND for 240 minutes. The Public Transport Management Center said that the unit continues to coordinate with relevant agencies and units according to assigned functions and tasks to monitor the implementation process, record the actual operation situation and the ability to meet people's travel needs. At the same time, the service will gradually expand its operating scope in the city in the coming time.
