On the morning of July 18, on Y Bih Aleo Street (Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province), a concrete truck and a tanker truck suddenly crossed the road, obstructing traffic.
According to the reporter's records, Y Bih Aleo Street is a road with quite a lot of traffic. Because the road was blocked, cars had to turn around and not dare to go straight. Motorbikes have to squeeze through the footrest of the concrete-cast vehicle to pass.
According to observations, the concrete pouring unit did not take any measures to ensure traffic safety such as placing signs or sending staff to regulate and warn.

According to the investigation, the two vehicles blocking the concrete pouring road belonged to Thanh Cong Concrete Company.
Mr. Hoang Thanh (residing in Dak Lak province) said: "The concrete pouring truck operates from 8:00 to 11:00 when it stops. However, this activity has taken place many times for about a month now. However, the authorities have not yet taken action. The fact that concrete vehicles block the road and do not take measures to ensure traffic safety is unacceptable. Enterprises can choose a time when there are few people passing by and are required to have regulators and warning signs. Thereby, avoiding congestion on the road, ensuring traffic safety".
Receiving the feedback, the Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Province Police confirmed that the unit will send officers to inspect and handle the case.
