On September 29, the People's Committee of Son Thanh commune, Dak Lak province informed that a car had just overturned into an irrigation ditch along National Highway 29, killing 1 person.
According to initial information, at around 1:30 a.m. the same day, people discovered car 78A-032.XX overturned in an irrigation ditch, on National Highway 29 (through Son Thanh commune).
After a quick check, people discovered a young man trapped in a car, so they tried to rescue him and reported it to the authorities.
However, when the people took the young man in the car out, the victim had died before.
Through inspection, the authorities identified the person who died in the car as Mr. N.H.X (24 years old, residing in Thanh An village, Son Thanh commune).
