On August 30, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Dak Lak Provincial Police informed that the unit had just discovered and handled a subject driving without a driver's license and testing positive for drugs.
At about 11:30 am on August 29, 2026, at Km1790 of the Ho Chi Minh road, passing through hamlet 3, Hoa Phu commune, Dak Lak province, a task force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 discovered a motorbike with license plate 47M1-939. xx traveling at a speed of 70km/h. Meanwhile, the maximum speed allowed at this road section is 60km/h.
The task force signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection. The driver was identified as N.D. D (born in 1998, residing in Dak Lak province).
During the working process, traffic police officers noticed that N.D. D had suspicious signs related to drug use. The task force conducted a quick inspection and took this person to a medical facility for testing according to regulations.
Test results determined that N.D. D tested positive for the drug Amphetamine. Through inspection, functional forces also determined that this person did not have a driver's license.
The working group made a record, recorded the violations and continued to complete the dossier for handling according to the provisions of law.
