Thai Binh - From January 8 to January 14, the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police recorded 65 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.
Through the smart camera surveillance system at key intersections in Thai Binh province and patrol and control work, the traffic police force recorded and fined 65 cases of vehicles violating traffic safety order.
Of these, speeding accounted for the most cases with 62; failure to comply with traffic light signals accounted for 3 cases.
