On April 29, Can Tho City Police organized an A1 motorcycle driving license test for 800 candidates at the Can Tho Road Motor Driving Education, Training and Testing Center.

According to Can Tho City Police, the test is implemented according to Circular No. 12 of the Ministry of Public Security, with many important new points to improve the quality and transparency of driving test and licensing.

Notably, candidates who do not pass the theory exam will continue to participate in the practical exam in the driving test, helping to comprehensively assess the candidate's ability to control the vehicle, while creating favorable conditions for retaking the unsuccessful exam.
Circular No. 12 also stipulates more specifically the requirements for facilities and application of technology in test supervision, especially the system of recording the entire theory and practice exam process to ensure fairness, objectivity and accuracy.

In the test, candidates took two parts: theory of the Road Traffic Law and practice driving motorbikes on the road. The entire exam process is organized seriously, publicly, and is closely supervised in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
Can Tho City Police further informed that the Traffic Police Department will organize about 15 surveys in May 2025. The exams are arranged reasonably in terms of time and location, ensuring quick and convenient access for people.
