On January 10, information from Bac Giang Provincial Police said that through exploiting the traffic surveillance camera system, Bac Giang City Police discovered that motorbike 98G1-035.12 violated 9 times, including 7 times carrying people without helmets, and 2 times running red lights.

Bac Giang City Police have organized forces to control the entire city. Accordingly, on the morning of January 8, they controlled the violating vehicle, the driver was Nguyen Quang T, residing in Tran Phu Ward (Bac Giang City), working as a 'xe om'.

For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection, valid motor vehicle owner's civil liability insurance certificate, violator's driver's license, violator's citizen identification card (1 copy of each type of document).

For motorbikes: Vehicle registration, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each document).
