The Traffic Police Department said that from 12:00 on November 19, 2025 to 12:00 on November 20, 2025, through extracting data from AI cameras piloted for installation in Hanoi's inner city (intersection of Pham Van Bach - Hoang Quan Chi streets), 45 cases of non-compliance with traffic light signals - running red lights have been automatically detected.
These cases have been transferred to Hanoi City Police and functional units to carry out procedures for handling violations.
The Traffic Police Department hopes that everyone will comply with the law when participating in traffic.

The Hung Yen Traffic Police Department announced that from November 10, 2025 to November 16, 2025, the surveillance camera system detects the following cases of red light violations that are fined:

People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND). Motorbikes running red lights will be fined from 4 to 6 million VND.

The police requested violators to go to the police headquarters where the fine was detected or to the police station where they resided to resolve the violation according to regulations.
