The Ministry of Finance submitted a draft Decree, regulating the collection rate, collection, payment, exemption, management and use of road use fees collected through vehicles for cars.
Specific levels are as follows:
The fee for 1 month of the second year (from the 13th to the 24th month from the time of inspection and fee payment) is equal to 92% of the fee for 01 month in the above Table.
The fee for 01 month of the third year (from the 25th to the 36th month from the time of inspection and fee payment) is equal to 85% of the fee for 01 month in the above Plan.
The time for calculating the fee according to the above Biao is calculated from the time of vehicle registration, not including the time of the previous registration cycle. In case the vehicle owner has not paid the fee for the previous cycle, he/she must pay an additional fee for the previous cycle, the amount to be paid = Receive level 01 month x Number of months to be paid in the previous cycle.
The total volume is: The total volume allowed to participate in traffic is stated on the Vehicle Inspection Certificate.
- The vehicle owner is responsible for providing the vehicle inspection facility with a badge (still valid) proving that it is a public passenger transport bus or related documents proving that it is a vehicle for transporting students, students, workers and is entitled to a subsidy policy.
