The Traffic Police Department, Thai Binh Provincial Police recorded 69 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law that were fined from January 15, 2025 to January 22, 2025. Among them were many vehicles with Hanoi license plates. These license plates were all violations of exceeding the speed limit.
In Bac Giang, through the traffic surveillance camera system, Bac Giang City Police discovered 127 cases of traffic safety violations from January 6, 2025 to January 12, 2025, including: 25 cases of running red lights, 29 cases of encroaching on lanes, violating road markings, 28 cases of not wearing helmets, 26 cases of turning left at prohibited places, 19 cases of speeding. The list includes many Hanoi license plates.
When coming to pay the fine, people need to prepare the following documents:
For cars: Vehicle registration, Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection, Driving license of the violator, Citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
