Vinh Phuc Provincial Police have just announced a list of fines from January 11 to 25, 2025. Among them are vehicles violating license plates in Hung Yen as follows:
From January 6, 2025 to January 12, 2025, Bac Giang City Police discovered 127 cases of traffic safety violations.
Of these, 25 cases were found for running red lights, 29 cases of lane encroachment, violating road markings, 28 cases of not wearing helmets, 26 cases of turning left at prohibited areas, 19 cases of speeding, the list of license plates is as follows:

From January 15 to 22, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Thai Binh Provincial Police recorded 69 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.

From December 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025, through the traffic surveillance camera system, Bac Ninh Provincial Police detected and issued fines to 523 vehicles.

For cars: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection, driving license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (1 photocopy of each type of document).
