Accordingly, car driving tests will be held on September 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25 and 29 at the Tay Bac Driving Test Center (Thanh Nien residential group, Nam Cuong ward, Lao Cai city). The competitions take place in the morning from 7:30 and in the afternoon from 13:30.
For the motorbike driving test, candidates will attend on September 10, 17 and 24 at the Motorcycle Driving Training Center (Yen Ninh 11 residential group, Yen Bai ward, Lao Cai city).

This is an adjustment to improve the quality of training and testing, ensuring that license holders have adequate knowledge and skills to drive safely.
