On the afternoon of August 3, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security informed that the 10 localities that actively organized many surveys and had the largest number of records were: Ho Chi Minh City (298 surveys, 111,060 records), Can Tho (126 surveys, 45,591 records), Lam Dong (112 surveys, 51,207 records), Gia Lai (97 surveys, 31,031 records), Dong Nai (62 surveys, 26,452 records), Dak Lak (69 surveys, 29,740 records), Hai Phong (89 surveys, 35,783 records), Nghe An (79 surveys, 26,600 records), Tay Ninh (59 surveys, 24,367 records), Vinh Long (50 surveys, 25,008 records).
There are 14 localities that have completely resolved cases that have completed the training program before January 1, including: Bac Ninh (6,782 records), Ca Mau (19,987 records), Lao Cai (9,438 records), Ninh Binh (9,235 records), Quang Tri (19,922 records), Son La (9,569 records), Thai Nguyen (6,294 records), Dien Bien (505 records), Dong Nai (13,033 records), Thanh Hoa (11,413 records), Hue City (9,140 records), Tuyen Quang (13,085 records), Nghe An (13,091 records).
To date, there are 36,840 cases that have completed the training program before March 1, but have not yet conducted the test (including 26,502 Class C applications, accounting for 72.6%).
Local police continue to organize the test, expected to be completed in August 2025.
