No Trang Long vehicle registration point
Nam Sai Gon vehicle registration point
Rach Chiec vehicle registration point
An Suong vehicle registration point
Chanh Hiep vehicle registration point
Ba Ria vehicle registration point
For commune and ward police, from July 1, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Police will officially decentralize to 100% of ward, commune and special zone police to register cars, specialized motorbikes, and motorbikes of domestic organizations and individuals with headquarters and residence in the city.
Of which, the police of 82 wards, communes and special zones with names (according to the table below) conducted the registration of cars, motorbikes and specialized motorbikes of domestic organizations and individuals headquartered and residing in Ho Chi Minh City (except for vehicles of confiscated origin).
The police of 86 wards and communes with names (according to the list below) registered passenger cars with up to 8 seats, not including the driver's seat and similar vehicles to cars; all procedures for vehicle registration to perform online public services, change the vehicle owner's information, reissue vehicle registration certificates, damaged license plates, etc. do not require vehicle registration to the vehicle registration agency for actual vehicle inspection; motorbikes of domestic organizations and individuals headquartered and residing in Ho Chi Minh City (except for other types of cars, specialized motorbikes; vehicles of confiscated origin).
