Responding to this issue, the Department of Environment said: The inspection of emissions of motorbikes and mopeds is not only carried out by state units. Completely qualified organizations and individuals can register for the Department of Registration and the Ministry of Construction to consider and grant a license according to regulations to conduct motorbike and moped emission inspection services.
