Driving training facilities are based on the following contents: program volume and training time allocation.
The time for reviewing and testing all subjects must not exceed 10 days (excluding holidays and Tet).
The number of driving practice students is regulated for a B1 driving practice vehicle not to exceed 5 students. In which, the driving practice distance is calculated for each student and the driving practice time on the driving practice ground is calculated for the group of students on the driving practice vehicle.
Regarding the report registration report is as follows: Driving training institutions receive documents of driving learners to ensure eligibility and composition of documents as prescribed; Making a report on the training course to the Department of Construction, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transportation in Ho Chi Minh City in one of the following forms: Direct, postal services, on electronic environment and transmitting data through the driving license information system.
Regarding the completion of training courses as follows:
Grade B1 must check theoretical and practical subjects at the driving training facility to be considered for completion of the training course, including: theoretical subjects according to the theoretical test questions (the content of the question set includes subjects: law on road traffic; common structure and repair; driving techniques); driving practice subjects with the reverse step test.
The assessment score of students' learning outcomes is on a scale of 10 (from 1 to 10), taking into account the decimal place of 1 number. The test score for each subject is 5 points or more.
Considered completion of the training course: driving learners have 100% of the tests at the end of the subject in the training program with a test score of 5 points or more for each subject.
The Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety stipulates a number of driving license classes as follows:
Class A1 is granted to drivers of two-wheeled motorbikes (motorbikes) with a cylinder capacity of up to 125 cm3 or an electric motor capacity of up to 11 kW.
Class A is granted to drivers of two-wheeled motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of over 125 cm3 or an electric motor capacity of over 11 kW and vehicles specified for class A1 driving licenses.
Class B1 is granted to drivers of three-wheeled motorbikes and vehicles specified for class A1 driving licenses.
