According to the record, the pair of cars including the Chevrolet Corvette C7 convertible and the Ferrari 488 GTB with Misha Designs upgrade are both owned by a local businessman.
The convertible Chevrolet Corvette C7 is a car model that this businessman recently bought, while the Ferrari 488 GTB has been upgraded with the Misha Designs package. Currently, both cars are being sold, of which the Ferrari 488 GTB is valued at nearly 13 billion VND.
The Ferrari 488 GTB is the successor to the 458 Italia after more than 7 years on the market. Although still carrying some familiar design lines, the 488 GTB is considered a completely new version with about 85% of the components being redesigned. The car uses a 3.9L twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing 660 horsepower and a maximum torque of 760 Nm. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3 seconds, with a maximum speed of 330 km/h.
Meanwhile, the Corvette C7 impressed with the high-performance ZR1 body kit package, significantly changing the original appearance. This is the second Corvette C7 in Vietnam equipped with this upgrade package. Some notable upgrades include a pre-divided design air intake, an expanded grille with large crossbars and blades, bringing a more sporty and powerful look.
In addition, the car is also equipped with a large rear spoiler similar to the original ZR1, supporting aerodynamic optimization when operating at high speeds. The unique rims further highlight the muscles of the car.
In particular, unlike many sports cars with convertible that require manual operation, this Corvette C7 version has the ability to flexibly open/close the roof with just a button press. The car uses a 6.2L V8 LT1 engine, producing a maximum capacity of 460 horsepower and a maximum torque of 630 Nm. Combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission, the Corvette C7 can accelerate from 0 to 97 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
