After the Monza SP1 and SP2 duo, Ferrari Daytona SP3 is the next super product in the Icona Series product line - a car line inspired by Ferrari's iconic racing models in the past. The car's design directly evokes the 330 P3/4 legend with characteristic aerodynamic lines and a cockpit imbued with the spirit of 1960s racing cars.
The upgrade project is carried out manually at Novitec's facility in Stetten, Unterallgau (Germany). The tuning company mainly focuses on improving operating performance instead of changing the overall appearance, in order to maintain the original value of the Icona model, which is very sought after by collectors.
In terms of exterior, Novitec offers three options of forged wheels in collaboration with Vossen. In the NF10 configuration, the car uses 5-spoke dual center-lock wheels, 20 inches in front and 21 inches in rear, contributing to optimizing road grip and aesthetics.
The biggest highlight lies in the new high-performance exhaust system, which is completely insulated to reduce engine compartment temperature and increase stability when operating at high intensity. Customers can choose a 999 gold plating option for the entire exhaust system to increase heat dissipation.
The original Ferrari Daytona SP3 is equipped with a 6.5L naturally aspirated V12 engine, producing 840 horsepower and 697 Nm of torque, combined with a 7-speed F1 DCT dual-clutch gearbox. After upgrading the exhaust catalyst and exhaust system, the maximum power reaches 868 horsepower.
Novitec has not announced new operating specifications. In standard configuration, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.85 seconds and reaches a top speed of over 340 km/h.
