    Thanh Hoa - Storm No. 3 accompanied by prolonged heavy rain caused deep flooding on many streets, causing a series of cars to be flooded into the engine compartment and severely damaged.

    According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, after storm No. 3, many areas in Hac Thanh ward such as Dong Phat area, ground 530, Binh Minh area, Tay Bac Ga... were heavily flooded. The rising water level caused a series of cars to be flooded, causing water to overflow inside the car.

    Many vehicle owners have tried to use a kick to move their vehicles up high to avoid flooding but have been unsuccessful.
