The People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued Decision No. 73/2025/QD-UBND detailing the quantity, types and management methods of cars for general work as well as standards and quotas for specialized cars for all agencies, organizations and units under the management of the province.
According to the decision, the total number of vehicles serving the public service of Lang Son province is 264, including 230 vehicles serving general work.
Of which, the provincial block has 100 vehicles (office 16, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee 5, departments and branches 68; public service units 6; Construction Investment Project Management Board 5); the commune and ward block has 130 vehicles. 34 specialized vehicles are allocated to a number of provincial agencies and 4 wards.
The types of vehicles allowed to be used are mainly 4-8-seat cars, pickup trucks, 12-16-seat cars, suitable for the diverse operational needs of each unit.
The decision specifically states that the Provincial Cultural Center will have a maximum of 15 specialized vehicles for propaganda, performance, mobile and film distribution.
The Provincial Market Management Department was granted 2 specialized vehicles for anti-smuggling and trade fraud.
The People's Committees of 4 wards are arranged to each ward with 1 specialized vehicle to ensure urban order and traffic safety.
The management method is determined in the direction of directly assigning to each unit with standards and norms to proactively use vehicles for general work.
The provincial Department of Finance is assigned to be responsible for implementing, guiding and supervising the implementation of the decision, ensuring the use of public vehicles effectively, publicly and economically.
