In Ho Chi Minh City, a black 720S Spider Onyx recently appeared attracting attention. The car has traveled about 35,000 km, possessing a dominant black tone in both exterior and interior, creating accents with contrasting orange brake calipers and seat belts.
The car belongs to the Performance version - high configuration of the 720S Spider line. This version stands out with many details using carbon material such as the air vent trim on the hood, rearview mirrors and rear air vents. The car is also equipped with a carbon spoiler, multi-spoke rims and a high-performance braking system with orange brake calipers.
One of the notable points of the McLaren 720S Spider is the hard folding top mechanism that can be opened/closed in just about 11 seconds. Users can operate it directly on a remote key without having to sit in the cockpit.
In terms of operation, the car uses a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine, producing 710 horsepower and 770 Nm of torque. Combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and rear-wheel drive, the car is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds.
The car's top speed reaches 341 km/h when the roof is closed and is limited to about 325 km/h when the roof is opened, true to the characteristics of a high-performance convertible supercar.
