On May 22, the Ministry of Public Security's Information Portal posted a notice about the time affected by looking up and submitting public service documents online for vehicle registration.
Accordingly, on May 14, 2025, the Tax Department - Ministry of Finance announced a plan to temporarily suspend tax industry application systems to serve the relocation of the Tax Department's Data Center.
During the period of suspension of the above systems of the Tax Department, the lookup and submission of online public service records for vehicle registration (first vehicle registration service, vehicle registration transfer) by agencies, organizations and individuals will be affected.
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Public Security, the Tax Department temporarily suspended the operation of the Electronic Tax Service and Information Axis application system in 02 phases:
Round 1: From 6:00 p.m. on May 23, 2025 (Friday) to 4:00 p.m. on May 25, 2025 (Sunday).
Round 2: From 6:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025 (Friday) to 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2025 (Sunday).
The Ministry of Public Security informs agencies, organizations and individuals to know and arrange time to perform online public services to register vehicles accordingly.
