For Phuc Sen Commune Police, Quang Hoa District, it will organize the registration and issuance of license plates to cars, motorbikes, and specialized motorbikes of organizations and individuals headquartered in Phuc Sen Commune, Quang Uyen Town and Quoc Toan, Phi Hai, Quang Hung, Doc Lap, Cai Bo, Tu Do, and Chi Thao Communes.
Hoa Thuan Town Police (Quang Hoa) issued license plates to specialized cars, motorbikes, and motorbikes of organizations and individuals headquartered in Hoa Thuan Town, Ta Lung Town and the communes of Hanh Phuc, Ngoc Dong, Hong Quang, Be Van Dan, Cach Linh, Tien Thanh, My Hung, and Dai Son.

Thanh Nhat Town Police (Ha Lang District), issue license plates for cars, motorbikes, and specialized motorbikes to organizations and individuals headquartered in Thanh Nhat Town and all communes in Ha Lang District
Trung Khanh Town Police organizes the registration and issuance of license plates for cars, motorbikes, and specialized motorbikes to organizations and individuals headquartered in Trung Khanh Town and all communes in Trung Khanh District.
The police of the towns: Xuan Hoa, (Ha Quang), Nguyen Binh (Nguyen Binh), Bao Lac (Bao Lac), Pac Mieu (Bao Lam), Dong Khe (Thach An) will organize the registration and issuance of license plates for cars, motorbikes, and specialized motorbikes to organizations and individuals with headquarters and residence in the town and all communes in the district.
In Cao Bang city alone, Hop Giang ward police will receive motorbike registration for domestic organizations and individuals, except for vehicles under the authority of the Traffic Police Department.
In addition, from March 1, the receipt of driver's license renewal will be transferred from the Cao Bang Provincial Public Administration Service Center to the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police.
