The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined according to the land plot marked K6-2/CX, Urban Zoning Plan H2-2, scale 1/2000 approved by the City People's Committee. The form of land lease is that the State leases land and collects annual land rent.
The method of land lease is land lease without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land as prescribed in Point m, Clause 3, Article 124 of the 2024 Land Law.
