According to the announcement of Vietnam Joint Venture Auction Company (VPA), the auctioned asset lot includes 100 motorbikes and mopeds of all kinds managed by the Traffic Police Department - Cao Bang Provincial Police.
This is an administrative violation exhibit that has been established as the ownership of the entire people according to regulations.
Among these, 40 vehicles are still of quality above 20%, sold completely built-up and eligible for re-registration. The remaining 60 vehicles have been damaged, not eligible for registration, and are sold in the form of scrap collection.
The asset portfolio includes many popular car lines of brands such as Honda, Yamaha, SYM... with different usage statuses. The auction dossier also publicly discloses information about chassis number, engine number and identifying characteristics of each vehicle.
The starting price of the entire asset lot is 156.4 million VND, excluding value-added tax, taxes, fees, charges as prescribed and costs incurred in the process of transporting, loading and unloading, and handling assets. These costs are paid by the winning bidder.
The auction was organized online on VPA's system, using the up-pricing method for the entire lot of assets. The price step is regulated at 1 million VND, and the deposit is 31 million VND.
People who need to participate can buy applications, submit applications and register accounts on the online auction system according to the announced time.
At the same time, the assets are facilitated for participants to view directly at the parking lot in Cao Bang province or follow images and information on the website and application of the auction unit.
The auction aims to handle confiscated administrative violations according to the provisions of law, ensuring publicity and transparency in the management and use of public assets.
