Information on the inspection of the motorbike accident in front of a car in Phuc Tho

The Vietnam Register informs about the inspection related to the motorbike colliding head-on with a car that killed 3 people in Phuc Tho (Hanoi).

The accident occurred at 10:00 p.m. on February 25, 2025 on the inter-commune road Phuc Hoa - Long Xuyen (Phuc Hoa commune, Phuc Tho district, Hanoi). The motorbike carrying 3 people collided head-on with a car, 3 victims died on the spot.

At the time of the incident, 3 men on a motorbike with license plate 29V3- 512.XX (driver unknown) collided with a car with license plate 30L- 44XX. According to witnesses, the two vehicles were head-on.

Technical specifications and inspection status of related vehicles are as follows:

Automobile with license plate: 30L- 44XX; brand: TOYOTA; year of manufacture: 2007; vehicle most recently inspected at the 29-22D motor vehicle inspection center on January 23, 2025, the inspection deadline is January 22, 2026.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported on the above incident. Immediately after the traffic accident occurred, Phuc Tho District Police and the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police, Commune Police, were present to protect the scene; coordinated with Phuc Tho District People's Procuracy to conduct a crime scene investigation and handle the accident according to regulations.

Based on the investigation documents, the police determined that at that time, D.H.A (born in 1992, residing in Long Thuong commune, Phuc Tho district) was driving a car with license plate 30L-44XX from Phuc Hoa commune to Vong Xuyen commune and collided with a motorbike traveling in the opposite direction of license plate 29V3-512.XX, the driver has not been identified.

At the time of the accident, there were 3 people on the motorbike, including: T.T.D (born in 2004), D.V.H (born in 2001) and N.H.C (born in 2000) - all residing in Vong Xuyen commune, Phuc Tho district. As a result, 3 people on the motorbike died on the spot.

The police agency conducted a drug and alcohol test on the car driver, resulting in: mixed with drugs, alcohol concentration in breath is 0.031 mg/L of breath.
