Binh Dinh Provincial Police said that the unit discovered a tractor-trailer with license plate 77H-208.02 had violated 9 times between March 12 and April 5, 2025.

In this case, it was 7 times exceeding the prescribed speed by 5km/h to under 10km/h and from 10km/h to under 20km/h at the same location at Km 16+800, passing through Phuoc Loc commune, Tuy Phuoc district and 2 times exceeding the speed at Km 30 - Km 35, National Highway 19 in Binh Nghi commune, Tay Son district.
The Traffic Police Department sent a notice and requested the owner of the above vehicle to come to the unit's headquarters to resolve the incident. Accordingly, for the above violations, drivers will be fined VND 28,600,000 and have 2 points deducted from their driving licenses.
Binh Dinh Police also added that the situation of traffic violations being fined has had positive changes. Vehicle drivers are starting to pay more attention to complying with the law when participating in traffic, partly because they are worried that a fine will be issued through the automatic monitoring system of the authorities.
During the week from April 8 to 15, 2025, the Binh Dinh Traffic Police Department arranged 14 working shifts with 70 officers and soldiers organizing image extraction at 15 locations with surveillance cameras in Quy Nhon city, An Nhon town and Tuy Phuoc, Van Canh, Tay Son districts.Thereby, the authorities have extracted 898 violations, with the total amount of fines announced being more than 3.1 billion VND.
Compared to last week, the number of violations increased by 124 cases but the total fine decreased by 529.5 million VND.
Notably, out of 898 cases of fines, only one case of violating the red light was fined 19 million VND. The remaining cases are mainly speeding violations, the most common being speeding from 5 to under 10 km/h, with a total fine of more than 324 million VND.
Thanh Hoa Police said that from March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, the unit detected and recorded images of 143 cases of vehicles violating speed regulations on national highways. National Highway 10 alone has 27 cases of fines as follows:
