According to the Traffic Police Department, in the period from 7:30 am on July 29 to 7:30 am on July 30, AI cameras on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway recorded 9, 302 vehicle trips.
The AI system warned 6 suspected violations, and through censorship, 1 case of speeding was identified.
During this time, the average speed of vehicles traveling on the route reached 71km/h; the highest speed recorded was 119km/h and the lowest was 60km/h.
Regarding AI cameras at Km6 and Km12 on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway, the Traffic Police Department said that the system is experiencing technical problems, so there are no recorded data yet.
In Hanoi, AI cameras continue to detect many violations of motorbike drivers.
According to statistics from the Traffic Police Department, at the Pham Van Bach - Hoang Quan Chi intersection, AI warned 172 cases of not wearing helmets. Through inspection, functional forces identified 48 violations.
Also at this intersection, the AI system warned 413 cases of running red lights, after inspection, 106 violations were identified.
Meanwhile, at the Le Van Luong - Nguyen Tuan intersection, AI warned 36 cases of going in the wrong lane, but through inspection, no violations were detected.
According to the Traffic Police Department, in addition to data from AI cameras, channels receiving people's feedback also record a lot of information to serve the handling of violations.
Through Facebook, from 7:30 am on July 29 to 7:30 am on July 30, the Traffic Police Department received 23 reflections and transferred all for verification. Functional forces also discovered 3 more violations in the process of monitoring on cyberspace and have transferred for verification.
Through Zalo, 25 complaints were received, of which 10 cases were transferred for verification, and 15 cases were not enough grounds for handling.
The VNeTraffic application received and transferred 49 complaints nationwide for verification.
The acts reflected by people mainly include running red lights, going against traffic, going in the wrong lane, changing lanes in violation of regulations, illegal parking, going into emergency lanes, overtaking vehicles in violation of regulations, not wearing helmets, using phones while driving and picking up and dropping off passengers in the wrong places.
